A heart formed from intricate branches in sterling silver, 14 carat or 18 carat gold holds a 6mm stone at its very centre - your chosen trace preserved where the roots meet the canopy, at the heart of everything.
Your chosen traces are preserved within the stone, creating a piece that is entirely personal to you. Choose from breastmilk, hair, birthstone or botanical fragments, sand and other meaningful materials to create a pendant that holds a story only you can tell.

Your breastmilk is carefully preserved and prepared by hand before being set within the central stone.
You can choose to combine it with other meaningful traces, such as a lock of hair, birthstone or botanical fragments.
The result is a piece that carries a small part of your story with you - quietly, beautifully and without needing to explain itself.
For keepsake customers
Choose the traces that hold meaning for you: a lock of hair, birthstone fragments, botanical fragments inspired by birth months, sand or crushed sea glass.

Your piece can be created using breastmilk or a range of meaningful keepsakes, depending on the design.
Choose from materials including breastmilk, hair, birthstones, birth flowers, botanical fragments, sand and crushed sea glass.
Your chosen material is carefully prepared and incorporated into your jewellery by hand in Bath.
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive clear instructions for sending your breastmilk or keepsake materials. I'll guide you through the process from there.

I'm Laura, the founder of Demeter Jewellery. I created Demeter for people who want to hold onto the things that matter -motherhood, family, relationships, places and moments that pass far too quickly.
Each piece is individually prepared by me in my studio in Bath, using the traces you've chosen to preserve.
