A quiet, everyday piece with something meaningful at its centre.
The Demeter Ring centres a 7 × 9mm teardrop stone within a polished sterling silver, 14ct gold or 18ct gold setting.
Its softly luminous surface gives your chosen trace room to breathe, while the simple form makes it easy to wear every day - alone, stacked or alongside other Demeter pieces.
Breastmilk & keepsake options
The teardrop stone can hold your breastmilk, another meaningful keepsake, or a combination of traces where the design allows.
Choose breastmilk alongside a birthstone, botanical fragment or another meaningful material, or create a keepsake using hair, sand, sea glass, birth flowers or another trace.

If you don't know your ring size, choose 'Ring sizer' at checkout, then we'll send a sizer out to you in the post, along with your collection kit, so you can measure at your own pace before we begin.

Your piece can be created using breastmilk or a range of meaningful keepsakes, depending on the design.
Choose from materials including breastmilk, hair, birthstones, birth flowers, botanical fragments, sand and crushed sea glass.
Your chosen material is carefully prepared and incorporated into your jewellery by hand in Bath.
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive clear instructions for sending your breastmilk or keepsake materials. I'll guide you through the process from there.

Every Demeter piece is prepared individually rather than produced in batches, using the materials and choices you've made.
Your piece is made to order in my Bath studio.
Please allow 8–12 weeks from the date I receive your breastmilk or keepsake material to the date your finished jewellery arrives with you.
The time allows me to carefully preserve and prepare your breastmilk or keepsake material, complete your piece and check everything before it makes its way to you.

I'm Laura, the founder of Demeter Jewellery. I created Demeter for people who want to hold onto the things that matter -motherhood, family, relationships, places and moments that pass far too quickly.
Each piece is individually prepared by me in my studio in Bath, using the traces you've chosen to preserve.
